In 2026, Slovenia is dedicating a 3-euro commemorative coin to Sreko Kosovel, a Slovene poet born in 1904 in Sežana and who died in 1926 at the age of twenty-two. This is precisely what is important to Kosovel. The design is inspired by Kosovel's "collage" technique, which involves working with text fragments and press clippings.
