Around the top edge of the coin, the word "Grazie" followed on the right by a heart-shaped symbol and on the left by a reproduction of the medical cross.

In the center, the monogram of the Italian Republic "RI" and on the right the Rome Mint mark "R" accompanied at the bottom by the year of issue "2021".
