The design depicts two flowers known as "Rosa Repubblica di San Marino". The central flower is shown in pink and yellow. The coin is completed at the top by the inscription "ROSA REPUBBLICA DI SAN MARINO" and, to the left, by the letter "R", which identifies the Rome Mint. At the bottom left are the initials of the designer, Silvia Ciucci, "S. CIUCCI", and to the right, the face value "10 EURO" and the year "2026".
