OBVERSE

At the center, an hourglass filled with golden magical sand becomes the heart of the design, suspended between two rotating 24-carat gold-plated rings. Around it, small stars and polished dots evoke the movement of time, constellations, and hidden magic. The structure is fully functional, allowing the central element to spin like the famous object from the Harry Potter universe.⁤⁣

REVERSE

The reverse features Samoa's Public Seal at the center, integrated into the same rotating structure of the Time Turner. At the top, the inscription: "SAMOA" - the issuing country. At the bottom, the inscriptions: "2 OZ" - the coin's weight, "5$" - the face value, and "Ag .999" - the Silver purity. On the seal, the inscription: "FA'AVAE I LE ATUA SAMOA" - Samoa's national motto.
