This remarkable piece celebrates the 20th anniversary of the legendary American Buffalo design. Its innovative ring-shaped composition surrounds a transparent glass inlay, where a 0.2 g gold Buffalo, of extreme finesse, seems to float weightlessly at the heart of the piece.

OBVERSE

The obverse of this silver coin presents the American Buffalo through an unexpected play of metal, light and transparency. In the center, a flat 0.2g gold Buffalo wafer is encased in a clear glass inlay, appearing almost suspended in space. Around it, a large silver ring unfolds into a stylized interpretation of the American flag, with stars on the left and undulating stripes in the lower part of the composition. A smaller buffalo silhouette moves along the stripes below. Heritage made weightless. A familiar emblem reimagined. At the top of the reverse, the inscription: "AMERICAN BUFFALO" – the name of the design. At the top right, the inscription: “20” – marking its 20th anniversary, surrounded by a decorative crown.
