The face represents a section of the wall of Berlin which falls. It opens onto a crowd of Germans with their arms raised as a victory. Three doves symbolizing peace fly over this crowd with wings deployed in V, signs once again. On the left of the room, is written on a section of the wall which is still standing: "30 years of the Fall of the wall - 30 Jahre Mauerfall ”.

The reverse is that of coins commemorative French euros Gold and silver.
