The Belgian Draft Horse, also known as the Brabant or Brabançon, is the animal chosen for this first issue. An internationally recognized breed, it is distinguished by its powerful physique: strong limbs, a developed chest, and pronounced musculature. Historically used in intensive agriculture and for transporting heavy materials, particularly in coal mines, this animal embodies an important part of Belgium's rural heritage. Its coat, with roan being the most common shade, comes in seven variations.
