⁣⁢ Mosque of Sultan Qaitbay on the center left, located in the funerary complex of Sultan al-Ashraf Qaytbay. This architectural complex was built by Sultan al-Ashraf Qaytbay in the northern cemetery of Cairo and completed in 1474. It is often considered one of the most beautiful and accomplished monuments of late Mamluk Egyptian architecture.⁤⁣

⁣⁢Colossal statues of Ramses II seated at the main entrance of the Great Temple of Abu Simbel, near Aswan, Egypt.
At the top and bottom of the banknote, arranged in two horizontal bands, are birds and other shapes taken from the structure built by Ramses II in front of the Temple of Luxor of Amenhotep II.⁤⁣
