of the signature of Pierre Hermé. The Maison's iconic petals also appear.⁤⁣

REVERSE

⁣⁢The reverse of the coin depicts the fleur de sel, an essential ingredient in the pastry chef's recipes, presented in the form of a crystallized atom. Joaquin Jimenez's mint mark, the face value, and the year of issue are present on the left. The number zero, appearing on the face value, echoes the petal from the Pierre Hermé house.⁤⁣
