This Finnish miniset from 2026 celebrates the beauty of Finnish lakes, a fundamental pillar of modern democracies.

Coins from 1 to 50 cents: the Finnish heraldic lion as seen on the Finnish coat of arms, that is, crowned, brandishing a sword with its right forepaw, itself protected by a piece of armor, and walking on a saber. To the left, the year of issue. The whole is surrounded by the 12 stars of the European flag. The engraving is by Heikki Häiväoja. The lion was already featured on the mark coins.

1 Euro Coin: Two swans in flight above a landscape composed of a lake and hills. To the right, on a hill, the year of issue. The entire design is surrounded by the 12 stars of the European flag on the outer ring. The engraving is by Pertti Mäkinen.

2 Euro Coin: A bay and lakka berries (cloudberries). Below, the year of issue. The entire design is surrounded by the 12 stars of the European flag on the outer ring. The engraving is by Raimo Heino.
