⁣⁢It's a dream for many: to go into space one day. Did you know that a total of 656 individuals have traveled into space? Less than 12% of them were women. Only 12 countries in the world have female representation in space. Furthermore, less than 24% of aerospace employees are women. These are statistics that, if it were up to Cosmic Girls alone, should change. This coin is important because it recognizes a turning point in making space accessible to everyone.⁤⁣

⁣⁢The Women to Space coin card is a unique issue from the Royal Dutch Mint, in collaboration with Cosmic Girls. With the special card, containing a unique token and a 1 € coin, we draw attention to the increasing number of women in space. And it starts by inspiring young girls and showing them that anything is possible: including going to space!⁤⁣
