The number 66 is integrated into the design and forms the motorcycle's wheels, creating a direct link to the famous road. The inscription "La Route Mère" (The Mother Road), the nickname given to Route 66, recalls the historical and cultural importance of this route.
Finally, the mention "100 ans" (100 years) celebrates the centenary of this legendary road, whose image continues to inspire travelers worldwide. The mint marks and the face value are present on the reverse.⁤⁣
