In the background, we see the Betsy Ross flag, where each of the thirteen stars

REVERSE

⁣⁢The reverse is dedicated to the seal of the Continental Army, historically placed under the
command of George Washington in 1775. The emblem depicts a serpent
flying over a military trophy, composed of armor, crossed flags, and
weapons. This composition refers to the military strength and resilience of this
Continental Army during the War of Independence.⁤⁣
