 On the face of the room, the figure 20 whose 0 is made up of a circle in which we find the 12 stars of the Flag of the Council of Europe and below which there is an oblique line. Under the 2 is indicated the 2014 vintage. On the left, we can see the coat of arms of Andorra. The term Andorra Al Councilor of Europa means in French "Andorra to the Council of Europe". And finally in outline in the form of a circle the twelve stars of the European flag.
