This coin of 15 silver soils represents Louis XVI, born in Versailles on August 23, 1754 and died in Paris on January 21, 1793. He was the last king of France of the period known as the old regime. He was king of France and Navarre from 1774 to 1791 then king of the French from 1791 to 1792. He is also the last of them to have lived in the Palace of Versailles.
