OBVERSE

The coincard with a standard 2 euro coin is dedicated to the flag of the Republic of San Marino, composed of two horizontal bands, white on top and blue below. The official coat of arms is depicted in the center, a shield topped by a closed crown, a symbol of sovereignty. The three towers are shown inside the shield, adorned with a laurel branch and an oak branch, golden fruits, and connected by a silver ribbon with the motto Libertas.
