⁣⁢The sport, the athletes, and their movements are celebrated here. In 2022, blind football is featured on the Coins. This Paralympic discipline is the adaptation of football for visually impaired individuals. Players compete in teams of five (four visually impaired players and one goalkeeper). Players wear classic football gear and, depending on the category, a blindfold. The ball is different: it is spherical and has a sound system.⁤⁣

REVERSE

⁣⁢The reverse, common to the series, features a view of Paris where the Seine resembles an athletics track. The Eiffel Tower overlooks the city and illuminates the competition.⁤⁣
