This shaped coin is inspired by the skirt of French Cancan dancers.

OBVERSE

⁣⁢On the obverse, in the foreground, two French Cancan dancers, captured in dynamic movement.
In the background, the mythical Moulin Rouge with its wings, as well as the decor from the French Cancan painting depicting a part of the Eiffel Tower. The initials of the Moulin Rouge sign the design.⁤⁣

REVERSE

The reverse is designed around the iconic wings of the Moulin Rouge. Each part of the coin references artisanal crafts: costume making, millinery, embroidery, shoemaking, and ballet. These are blended with elements from the festive and spectacular world of the Moulin Rouge. The ensemble pays tribute to the craftsmanship that contributes to the magic of the cabaret. The mention "RF" is present at the bottom of the coin, along with the year. The hallmark of the Paris Mint, Joaquin Jimenez, and the engraving workshop, as well as the face value, are engraved at the top of the coin.
