On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of Rome's designation as the capital of Italy, the IPZS is issuing a coin to commemorate this important moment in the country's formation. It features the portrait of the goddess Rome, whose sculpture is present in the heart of the monumental staircase of the Victor Emmanuel II Palace.
