OBVERSE

The sport, the athletes, and their movements are celebrated here. In 2022, Kiteboarding is featured on the Coins. Since June 2021, it has been an Olympic sport. Two distinct Kiteboarding events are on the program for Paris 2024: one women's and one men's. This towed water sport involves gliding on a board over water, pulled by a traction kite. The sailing events will take place at the Marseille Marina.

REVERSE

The reverse, common to the series, features a view of Paris where the Seine takes on the appearance of a running track. The Eiffel Tower dominates the city and illuminates the competition.
