On the face of this coin is engraved the portrait of Ferdinand II, King Consort of Portugal from 1837 to 1853 and the originator of this palace. The mosaics were inspired by those present in the palace. The UNESCO logo, the "RF", the mint marks, and the year 2023 are also present.

REVERSE

The reverse of the coin depicts a view of the Pena National Palace. The palace's mosaics have also been incorporated into the reverse. The unique feature of the 10€ Silver coin is that it is colorized and uses the Palace's colors: red, purple, blue, and yellow.
