Hidden deep beneath Hogwarts, the ancient chamber held a terrifying creature and a secret capable of turning the entire school upside down.

OBVERSE 

The obverse of this Silver Coin depicts the legendary Chamber of Secrets door, guarded by the intertwined forms of serpents emerging from the center of the circular door. Sculpted in dramatic high relief, the serpents coil across the surface like living guardians of the hidden chamber. The design recreates the ancient stone mechanism described in the story, with intricate textures and a powerful sense of movement. At the center lies the interactive element: a movable serpent that can be slid across the surface to unlock the chamber, evoking the moment Parseltongue opens the secret entrance beneath Hogwarts. When the mechanism is activated, the coin opens to reveal the terrifying Basilisk coiled around the stone face of Salazar Slytherin. The creature's enormous body winds through the chamber in dramatic sculptural relief, capturing the tension and danger of the hidden lair. Integrated into the design is a magnetic, removable diary with the Basilisk's fang, both finished with elegant 24K gold plating – symbolizing the destruction of Tom Riddle's diary, the first Horcrux. Within the chamber also appears the famous warning engraved on the inner panel: "The Chamber of Secrets has been opened. Enemies of the heir… beware." 

REVERSE

The reverse features the effigy of King Charles III, surrounded by an ornamental border that evokes the ancient architectural motifs of Hogwarts. Around the portrait appear the inscriptions: "CHARLES III" - the monarch, "SAMOA" - the issuing country, "2026" - the year of issue, "10 DOLLARS" - the face value, and "5 oz Ag 999" - the silver weight and fineness.
