OBVERSE

Inspired by telluric forces and the origins of currency, metals blend with rock in a wild, dreamlike landscape. Like the imprint of an ammonite fossil, the coin takes the form of a matrix, a trace like an unalterable record passed down through generations.

REVERSE

The reverse displays the face value surrounded by two branches, one oak and the other laurel, which evoke the euro symbol. The entire reverse design is framed by "French Republic" and an arrangement of lines representing the Hexagon.
