Effigy of Grand Duke Henri and the princely couple, Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Countess Stéphanie de Lannoy. The inscriptions "PRËNZENHOCHZÄIT", "LËTZEBUERG", and the mint year "2012" are located at the bottom of the coin. The outer ring of the coin represents the twelve stars of the European flag.
NOTE: This coin is dated 2012 but was only released in 2013. It is also the third 2 Euro commemorative coin issued in 2012 for Luxembourg, the first country to take advantage of the option to issue 2 commemorative 2 Euro coins per year.
