OBVERSE

On the obverse, a design commemorating the twenty-fifth anniversary of Grand Duke Henri's membership in the International Olympic Committee, featuring his portrait, stylized silhouettes of athletes, and the formation of the number 25 on the right, between the years 1998 and 2023; on the left, the name of the issuing country LËTZEBUERG (in French "LUXEMBOURG") and the inscription GROUSSHERZOG HENRI; at the bottom, the legend MEMBER VUM INTERNATIONALEN OLYMPESCHE KOMMITEE and the mint marks, including the Cornucopia of the Paris Mint; on the ring, the twelve emblematic five-pointed stars of Europe pointing upwards.
