OBVERSE

Inspired by Roman architecture and the Pantheon in Rome, the structure rises with striking depth and symmetry, conveying both strength and timeless elegance. At the center of the colonnade stands the statue of Thomas Jefferson, evoking his role as the principal author of the Declaration of Independence and a visionary champion of democratic ideals. The background reveals the dome's intricate coffered ceiling, adding texture and refinement, while the inscription "JEFFERSON MEMORIAL" and the date "2026" complete the design.

The obverse reflects the architectural theme, once again revealing the dome's coffered ceiling as a unifying visual element of the series. It features the effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, along with the inscriptions: "COOK ISLANDS" – the issuing country, "10 DOLLARS" – the face value, and "2026" – the year of issue.
