The design features two flowers known as "Rosa Repubblica di San Marino". The central flower is depicted in pink and yellow. The coin is completed at the top with the inscription "ROSA REPUBBLICA DI SAN MARINO" and, on the left, the letter "R", which identifies the Rome Mint. At the bottom left are the designer's initials, Silvia Ciucci, "S. CIUCCI", and on the right, the face value "10 EURO" and the year "2026".
