Dimitri Anastassov, passionate about Art and History from a young age, graduated in 2015 from L’EAC Paris with a degree in "Art and Collectible Dealer," a prestigious school dedicated to the Art and Culture professions.

As an expert and ambassador for auction houses, he joined the German giant in the sector, MDM, through its subsidiary Société Française des Monnaies, after working for the Department of Coins, Medals, and Antiques at the National Library of France.

He took over the existing family business from 1976 and created a new company, Empires History.

THE EMPIRES HISTORY COMPANY

Empires History is a company founded on May 20, 2015. It specializes in art and collectible objects, particularly collectible coins. Present at most European numismatic shows, including the World Money Fair in Berlin, the company has developed an international network and visibility.

THE PIECES-ET-MONNAIES.COM BRAND

In 2020, Empires History launched a new online sales platform under the brand pieces-et-monnaies.com. It established its new premises in the historic heart of Nancy.

pieces-et-monnaies.com offers collectors all types of collectible coins and currency, from the oldest to the most recent, from all countries worldwide and in various precious metals.

OUR VISION

We aim to satisfy existing collectors and History enthusiasts, while also entering new markets such as investment and diversification of asset portfolios. Our vision is international, while adapting to everyone's budget. The presence of our products on most international marketplaces allows us to get closer to collectors and investors.
