⁣⁢The coin symbolizes the fertility of the earth: the terrestrial sphere represented by a semicircle, a seed bathing in water is about to sprout, a vine, an olive branch and an ear of wheat grow on a tree trunk with in the upper part, the inscription “NUTRIRE IL PIANETA” (“FEEDING THE PLANET”) and to the right the monogram of the Italian Republic “RI” and the letter “R” for the Rome Mint. In the center, the logo of EXPO MILANO 2015. ⁤⁣
