150th anniversary of the Monte-Carlo Foundation by Charles III (1866-2016).

Obverse

The drawing represents Charles III and, in the background, Monte-Carlo. In the upper part is the name of the emitting country, "Monaco", supervised by the workshop brand and the master's mark. In the lower part, in semicircle and from left to right, is the inscription "1866 Charles III founded Monte Carlo 2016".

The outside ring of the room represents the twelve stars of the European flag.
