Obverse

The drawing represents a portrait of the Greek poet Kostis Palamas (1859-1943). The inscription "Hellenic Republic" and the name "Kostis Palamas" appear along the inner edge on the left (in Greek). Also appear on the room a palmette (the workshop brand of the Greek currency) and the year of "2018". In the lower right, you can see the artist's monogram (George Stamatopoulos).
