OBVERSE

Sport, athletes, and their movements are celebrated here. In 2022, Kite is depicted on the Coins. Since June 2021, it has been an Olympic sport. Two distinct Kite events are on the program for Paris 2024: one women's and one men's. This towed water sport involves gliding on a board over water, pulled by a traction kite. The sailing events will take place at the Marina de Marseille.

REVERSE

The common reverse for the series features a view of Paris where the Seine takes on the appearance of an athletics track. The Eiffel Tower dominates the city and illuminates the competition.
