Twelve stars that turn into human silhouettes symbolize the birth of a new Europe. At the top right, in the semicircle, the emitting country, "España", and the years, "1985-2015" are indicated. On the right, between the flag and the years, is the workshop brand. The initials of the artist (Georgios Stamatopoulos) appear at the bottom right. The outside ring of the room represents the twelve stars of the European flag.
