Germania, dressed in armor and a dress agitated by the navy breeze, walks on the continent with its volatility and its characteristic self -confidence. She is the first to explore the unknown lands where she brought her faithful people. Traditionally, Germania holds in his hands the shield and the imperial sword Reichsschwert, wearing a bay crown on the head. His faithful companion, the two -headed eagle, warns of the danger that lurks nearby. Like the previous year, the perspective of the obverse widens with each successive piece of the series - 1, 2, 10 ounces and 1 kg.

Reverse

The setback of the 2022 piece is traditionally an image of the coat of arms of the Germania Mint with a two -headed eagle holding lightning and surrounded by branches of Olivier. The eagle comes from Germanic mythology and is associated with Janus, the god of all beginnings, protector of doors and bridges, patron of alliances. The eagle heads turned in opposite directions symbolize the past and the future.
