Obverse

The obverse of the play Highlights one of the key characters of Asterix either Asterix itself, Obélix or Idéfix. More specifically, the currency of 100 ½ Oz Gold represents Asterix, that of 50 ¼ Oz or focuses on obelix, and the currency of 10 silver highlights idefix. The face therefore represents the evolution of these three major characters since the creation of comics until today. The substance of the currency is animated by bubbles, echoing the world of comics.

Reverse

The reverse is common to the three currencies. It represents Asterix out of an explosion worthy of a comic strip. The cult character seems to have taken magic potion and is determined, ready to defeat the Romans. At the top of the currency is the mention "60 th anniversary". The vintage and facial value are on the right. The copyright Asterix, meanwhile, is visible at the bottom of the room.
